`Compliance` is the Company's internal system of measures aimed at preventing legal violations, preserving the Company's reputation, managing risks, and mitigating the negative consequences of their occurrence. It establishes unified rules and standards of conduct both within the Company and in its interactions with third parties in the private and public sectors.

All forms of illegal and unethical behavior are strictly prohibited in our company, particularly bribery and unfair competition.

We consider absolutely unacceptable any form of direct or indirect offering, giving, accepting of bribes, commercial bribery, as well as violations of antitrust laws, especially participation in cartels or other anti-competitive agreements that severely harm market competition.

Through our corporate compliance institute, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the company's policies—internal regulations mandatory for all employees—in a convenient format and at a time that suits you. You will also be able to undergo training on various aspects of the law, which we are committed to complying with.
